Store policies


We accept Paypal. We must receive payment before shipping your order.  Your purchase will be shipped as soon as your payment clears, without delay.  Payment is processed securely through Paypal, either via credit card or with an existing account.

Please ensure your address matches the Paypal shipping address, otherwise the order will be delayed while I wait to confirm the correct address before shipping.


I ship using the United States Postal service. Offering free  Priority Mail shipping in the continental United States. Sorry, I do not  ship out side of the country at the moment.   I do not assume any liability for packages lost, damaged, or tampered with by the postal service or other third parties.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.  Refunds/exchanges are only offered if an item is faulty.   If an item is faulty, you must contact me within 5 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.   The item(s) must be returned to Beadaful Designs by Donna  in its original unworn and resalable condition (this includes box and tags attached).   I strongly suggest shipping the item(s) insured with tracking.   Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen merchandise.

– There is a 20% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted before refund is given
– Shipping fees will NOT be refunded
– Custom Design orders cannot be returned or exchanged
– Orders of the same item(s) [i.e. large quantities of the same item(s)] cannot be returned or exchanged.
